Manufacturing, Science And Technology Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven MS&T Director to join our team.

• Lead cross-functional efforts in analytical development, formulation improvements, and process optimization.

The successful candidate will oversee the technical and strategic aspects of manufacturing processes, lifecycle management (LCM), analytical development, and formulation. This role ensures the integration of product development activities into commercial manufacturing, drives continuous improvement initiatives, addresses technical challenges, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop strategies for lifetime management of products ensuring high-quality manufacturing.
• Build partnerships with R&D Quality Regulatory Affairs Commercial Manufacturing to drive product enhancements innovations.
• Oversee analysis method validations transferrals as well as characterizations supporting raw material control finished good tests stability studies quality

You must have:
