We are a small boutique 4-star hotel, nestled in the heart of Milan, offering a unique and intimate experience for our guests.

Our focus is on providing personalised service and creating lasting memories for those who stay with us.

We are currently looking for a full-time front-desk receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
- managing documents related to check-in and check-out
- providing information about hotel, services, and surrounding attractions
- ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay
- administrative activities related to front-desk activities
- managing payments, authorizations

Requirements:

Previous experience as a hotel receptionist is required
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in both Italian and English (other languages are a plus)
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
High attention to detail
