SW Project Leader

:

The software project leader in the software&controls team will be responsible for planning projects and monitoring execution.

Responsibilities

:

Plan the SW development according to the main project milestones and according to the defined development process
Ensure the achievement of the project quality, time and financial KPIs
Define and assign the sw work packages and monitor their execution
Prepare standard and custom documentation related to the SW project

Profile

:

Define SW packages, the associated effort and assign them to the relevant development team
Organize meetings to monitor the activities
Coordinate the problem and change management
Prepare the planning, create tasks
Coordinate the work with the quality department
Participate to risk assessment meetings
Report the financial state of the project, by monitoring the resource utilization in comparison with the available budget
Support SW quality assessments
Coordinate the work with the project leaders of the other department in case of complex projects
Support customer meetings
