The Business Manager_ has a key role within the organization. It is a position with strong responsibilities and the company's development depends on it. We are looking for top executives to strengthen our organization.

Your mission_

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will manage your own profit center.

This position is based on 3 main activities:

Business Development

Creating business opportunities by prospecting new clients
Optimizing business profitability with midsize and international clients
Negotiating and closing deals on servicebased contracts or on timebased contracts
Guaranteeing customer satisfaction and the achievement of the set objectives

Selecting & recruiting your new consultant team
Being in charge of the consultants' career evolutions (annual review, training )

Management

Overseeing your own team of consultants
Supervising the financial status of your activity
Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationship with your partners

What we are looking for_

You have a Master's degree in Economics or Engineering
You have a minimum experience of 2 years in sales / business development / management
You want to pursue a business and management career
You are energetic, determined, enthusiastic, creative and businessoriented
You are proactive and motivated to achieve challenging goals
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You have a good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
You are native in Italian and fluent in English (French is a plus)
