Maintenance & Facility Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance
& Facility Supervisor to join our team at AGCO.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities within our organization, ensuring efficient operations and the highest level of quality.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership abilities and a passion for maintenance to make a significant impact.

What You Will Do:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance and facilities department, including assigning tasks and providing guidance to maintenance and facilities technicians.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures and policies to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance and facilities needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Manage maintenance and facilities budgets and resources effectively, including ordering necessary parts and equipment.
Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruptions to production and operations.
Train and mentor maintenance staff, providing guidance on best practices and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance history, and inventory.

What You Will Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to maintenance activities.
Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems other relevant software.
English knowledge is a mandatory requirement
