Responsibilities:

- coordinating, meeting and greeting guests in accordance with the plan;
- creating friendly welcoming experience for newly arrived clients;
- performing high quality assistance in a hospitable manner: tracking flights, checking updates, keeping communication constantly.
- following the team leader's instructions and keeping in touch.


Essentials:

Full proficiency in Italian and English is a must;:

• Excellent communication skills, friendly and careful attitude;
• Desire to help people sincerely, any relevant experience would be an advantage.

Conditions:
- schedule 2/- two business days alternate with two days off;

• 9:00 18:00, 8 business hours with an hour break;

:Aeroporto di Venezia Marco Polo;
- promotional materials are provided by the company - a branded name sign, business cards, clothes (T-shirt, cap);
