Our office in Via Bigli is the heartbeat of Off White where Virgil's creative and inspirational input is seen throughout the space.

Bigli is the community of the Off White Style, Graphic, Marketing and Product teams and is inclusive and inspiring as per definition of the brand Off White

THE ROLE
Off-White is looking for a Head of Womenswear Design to join our Style offices in Milan.

You will oversee the creation of womenswear pieces that creatively reflect the brand identity managing the entire creative process from design, development to final product.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Oversee the design all the RTW for the development of the Women's Collection;
Research and Development of the Collection mood boards;
Conception, creation and development sketches, models and designs on the basis of the creative input provided by the brand's Creative Director;
Lead fittings and support in fashion shows/presentations;
Oversee day to day follow up with cross functional teams to ensure deadlines are respected.

WHO YOU ARE

10+ years' experience in a similar role in the fashion luxury industry
Bachelor's degree in Fashion design is mandatory
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep to strict deadlines
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
Fluent in English both written and spoken
