    Tendering And Order Handling Leader - Full Time - Casalecchio di Reno, Italy

    Join our FE_Water & Industry team within Flow Equipment division in Italy as Tendering And Order Handling Leader to help us take Tendering and Order Handling Area to the next level.

    Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage the Tendering Department in Preparation and drafting of technical and commercial bids for both individual products and bid management for a tender.
  • Being the point of contact between the Order habdling Department and Tendering department to support customers, distributors and sales network.
  • Selecting the most appropriate Sulzer equipment (pumps, mixers, aerators, turbochargers and control systems), using company selection software.
  • Preparation of technical bid documentation.
  • Order management support for product identification and decoding.
  • Technical support for the application of selected Sulzer machines.
  • Preparation of technical proposals
  • Technical assistance to customers, distributors and sales network
  • Technical assistance to Domestic Backoffice Order Handling & Logistics for repair and/or replacement of existing machinery
  • Selection of the most appropriate Sulzer equipment (pumps, mixers, aerators, turbochargers and control systems), using company selection software
  • Supporting the Domestic Backoffice Order Handling & Logistics department
  • Support order handling for product identification and decoding
  • Support from a technical point of view the sales force
  • Evaluate and agree, in consultation with area managers, on discounting to be applied
