You will:

Manage endtoend order process and resolve complex billing issues

Support pricing-related system upgrades and deployments

Requirements:

What do you need to be successful at this job?

Language Maestro: Fluent in Spanish and English
At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience

Experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance will be a plus
Customer Charmer: Experience is a bonus
