Negri Firman PR & Communication was founded at the end of 2008 with the aim to change the way traditional PR firms interact with clients and press.

Negri Firman PR & Communication has two different HQs, one in Milan and one, since 2012, in New York.

In July 2020 Negri Firman merged with WSM, long term partner and provider of digital services and web marketing, unifying the skills of the two companies and giving birth to a one of a kind reality.

PR, traditional services and marketing work together on a physical and digital level, maintaining untouched the strategic and qualitative vision that has always distinguished the agency's approach towards its clients.

We are currently seeking a Senior PR Account Manager Beauty & Lifestyle who will report to the Creative Director of the Agency.

Job Description:

The Senior PR Account Manager Beauty & Lifestyle will lead a team of three and manage all Press and PR-related activities for a group of Negri Firman's clients in Beauty and Lifestyle, developing and implementing ad hoc communication strategies.

We are looking for ambitious, digitally savvy, business-focused professionals who can effectively and successfully combine professional skills and understanding to support our clients with appropriate both traditional and out-of-the-box activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the assigned team
Interface with internal/external stakeholders, media and opinion leaders on behalf of assigned clients
Monitor the progress of applied strategies and secure results
Work in collaboration with Creative Director and team to develop out-of-the-box strategies
Work with the existing team to develop and implement Negri Firman's clients communication strategies and objectives through a broad range of media relations channels
Identify and develop appropriate communication strategies for NegriFirman's clients

Secure media coverage for Negri Firman clients across all communication platforms including print, broadcast, and online media on behalf of our clients.

Obtain consistent media attention for each client
Utilize current relationships with the media and develop new relationships to generate high-level impactful media placements. Develop and update target media list in beauty and lifestyle
Managing media database (Fashion GPS)
Develop "out of the box" media strategy campaigns
Research and identify new tools, techniques, and strategies in order to conduct effective media outreach
Work closely with Management and Creative Director to coordinate and implement strategies and activities programs for the agency's clients
Conduct effective media outreach and deploy as appropriate
Deliver results in both traditional and non-traditional media. Create or adapt press releases, pitches, and other written communication

Profilo

Experience and capabilities

Professional Experience:
Minimum of 5/7 years in a similar role. Any experience in Communication Agencies field is distinctive.

It is required a proven experience in:
Perfect understanding of the Beauty & Lifestyle media landscape and long-term relationship with key international media in beauty, luxury and lifestyle
Communication Strategies development, KPI analysis and forecast, ROI calculation
Team Management
Ability to interact and manage internal and external stakeholders, understanding the context and specific needs

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Communication and Public Relations, with a focus on one or more of the following topics:
media and new media, communication and marketing, influencer marketing; preferred MBA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education.

Languages:
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Skills:

Leadership and communication skills with strong interpersonal and result-driven skills, able to inspire and understand others to achieve common goals
Able to conceptualize, explore, and implement innovative strategies
Lead and inspire a multi-disciplined team to actively explore other industries for inspiration and out-of-the-box ideas
Organization skills
Proven experience in relationship management, influencing key stakeholders and interacting with media and opinion leaders
Nice to have passion for beauty
