With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to handle multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.


About the role:


  • Creation of a partnership relationship with the key hospital structures of the assigned area.
  • Interaction with key clinical and economic stakeholders in the pertinent area with particular watch out for KOLs.
  • Monitoring the achieved results achieved by the team with respect to commercial planning carried out, stimulating the identification of new projects ed business opportunities to feed the sales funnel.
  • Management of assigned sales team and development of functional skills to achieve corporate objectives and professional growth.

Main responsibilities will include:


  • Carry out an accurate analysis of the performances, scenarios/trends involving collaborators and proposing to the CBL a SWOT analysis, sales plans for key customers' plan of objectives for one's collaborators macroarea monthly forecast or opportunity analysis via SFDC.
  • Collaborate with the Country Business Leader on the development of business tactics starting from the plans corporate strategies developed by planning activities to achieve commercial objectives planned.
  • Coordinate area meetings with your collaborators to discuss tactics developed and priorities identified, check the progress of the initiatives and projects in the area.
  • Supervise development plans by ensuring feedback sessions with their collaborators during the year.
  • Identify strategic Accounts to accelerate business development of strategic pillars DHI, CIS, AIC, ACE, Infusion installed base, as well as Gross Profit.
  • Advise the Marketing team of the possible allocation of promotional expenses for both congressional nature and relating to sampling for the area of competence.
  • Responsible for the management of the Key Opinion leaders of the area, in particular those relating to the strategic pillars above.
  • Participate in local or national congresses where there are guests from one's own area or where they come from required for organizational reasons.
  • Validate the commercial offer together with the Marketing and SFE (sales force efficiency) team (eprice).
  • Support the Marketing, SFE and Tenders Office in the preparation of the tender phases and detailed identification of related products.

About you:


  • Degree in Economic or Scientific fields or multiyear seniority in the sector.
  • English language Proficiency.
  • Experience in the commercial field in biomedical realities
  • Public tenders and/or complex negotiations technical skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of purchasing mechanisms and logics in public hospitals and private
  • Knowledge of the main stakeholders assigned centres.
  • Knowledge of strategic sales techniques
