- programmazione operativa, coordinamento e controllo delle ditte subappaltatrici/manutentori, nel rispetto delle condizioni contrattuali e delle procedure aziendali
- individuare nuove opportunità di sviluppo, sia per clienti in portafoglio che per il proprio territorio di competenza mediante sopralluoghi periodici sugli immobili di competenza e visite ai clienti
- il monitoraggio delle attività eseguite dalle strutture di staff (Acquisti, Gestione Operativa, Ingegneria, ecc.).
- assicurare la pianificazione delle risorse, lo start up, la definizione delle modalità d'erogazione del servizio in caso di nuovi contratti
- assicurare il rispetto dei contratti sottoscritti, monitorando KPI, il rispetto degli SLA e delle norme ambientali e di sicurezza.
- Supportare il miglioramento continuo dei processi con particolare attenzione alla sicurezza e all'affidabilità degli impianti
- formazione tecnica, preferibilmente Laurea in Ingegneria (Gestionale, Gestione del Costruito, Edile o similare), preferibilmente esperienza di almeno 2 anni maturata in ruoli analoghi all'interno di aziende operanti nel settore del facility management.
- Sensibilità e conoscenza delle principali disposizioni normative in materia di sicurezza, conduzione impianti termici, elettrici, antincendio, speciali e servizi soft (pulizie, facchinaggi, guardiani ecc.).
- buona conoscenza delle attività di gestione immobiliare, di progettazione-organizzazione dei servizi di manutenzione, delle metodiche di verifica e rilevazione dei risultati e dell'attività di monitoraggio delle prestazioni complessive dell'edificio/patrimonio da un punto di vista tecnico, economico e commerciale.
- Buona conoscenza di applicativi informatici quali: Pacchetto Office, Autocad, Archibus, Project e Visio.
- Preferibile possesso del corso e attestato da PREPOSTO
- Preferibile BUONA conoscenza lingua INGLESE (richiesto almeno B1)
