What you'll do:

You will join the team of IT Portfolio & Program Management Lottery & International and in particular in IT Portfolio & Program Management Factory reporting directly to the IT Portfolio & Program Manager.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in the management and monitoring of the program activities, checking the assigned budget. Collaborate and support the factory Project Managers. Manage and update program plans, involving technical Project Manager. Prepare and present the roadmap governance documents. Coordinate project SAL. Translate business requirements into e2e process, evaluating possible impacts

Who you are:

You have at least 1/2 years of experience in similar roles, managing medium/high complexity ICT projects (B2C and B2B);
You have excellent knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Project, Power Point), you use collaboration and project management tools (eg ServiceNow);
You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
You are flexible, proactive and objectives oriented. You have good relationship skills, negotiation, good standing ;
You know work in a team.

Preferrably, you also have:
