System Configuration Analyst:


WE OFFER:

Guidewire Configuration

  • Design, analyze, configures and tests policy administration system configuration
  • Configure Rates, Underwriting and Validation Rules, Forms logic
  • Interpret filings and other business requirements into technical system functional and performance requirements for coverages, rates, rules, and forms.
  • Reviews System Configuration Analyst's code to ensure it is accurate and complete
  • Utilize Microsoft Visual Studio (VSTS) for work assignment, Subversion for code checkin/checkout and merging when necessary
  • Manage or participate in the environment management and code deployment process for regular release cycles
  • Work regularly with manager to report progress and roadblocks
  • Assist in the management and documentation of processes and procedures
Technical Analysis

  • Analyze and implement filings, business requirements, and compliance requirements by company, state and policy type
  • Translate complex technical and business requirements into detailed functional data and performance requirements
  • Works with technical and business management and internal users to analyze requirements and evaluate alternative solutions to achieve optimum results
  • Participate throughout the software development life cycle to insure the requirements are satisfied, with heavy involvement in analysis, design, configuration, and testing
  • Develops, coordinates, and executes complex test plans, assuring that both unit and integrated tests are successfully completed
Training and Documentation

  • Responsible for training associates on procedure changes and new processes
  • Responsible for process and procedures documentation
  • Responsible for any Guidewire certification needed for current version of solution
  • Project Management, Training and Documentation
  • Responsible for training associates on procedure changes and new processes
