    EVENT MANAGER - LUXURY & HIGH-LEVEL CORPORATE & PRIVATE EVENTSI AM UNICO, realtà specializzata nella creazione di esperienze esclusive e personalizzate nel settore del turismo di lusso, è alla ricerca di un EVENT MANAGER da inserire in una società del gruppo per curare la progettazione di eventi corporate e private premium per clientela internazionale di prestigio.La figura selezionata sarà responsabile della gestione end-to-end di eventi esclusivi, dalla fase di progettazione strategica fino all'execution operativa, garantendo l'eccellenza in ogni dettaglio.

    RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALICreazione e progettazione strategica del format dell'eventoPianificazione e coordinamento completo di eventi di alto profiloScouting e valutazione location premium per eventi luxurySviluppo e gestione budget eventi con monitoraggio costante dei costi e ROIAnalisi e reportistica post-evento con KPI e indicatori di performanceNegoziazione contrattuale con fornitori premium (catering, allestimenti, service tecnici, hospitality)Supervisione fornitori durante l'evento per assicurare delivery impeccabileGestione e coordinamento team operativo in loco durante gli eventiSupervisione allestimenti e materiali promozionaliGestione documentazione contrattuale con fornitori

    REQUISITI ESSENZIALIFormazione e EsperienzaLaurea o master in ambito luxury brand management, turismo o progettazione eventiEsperienza comprovata di almeno 3-4 anni in ruoli analoghi nell'organizzazione di eventi corporate e private, preferibilmente nel settore luxury o high-end

    Competenze LinguisticheConoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (scritto e parlato)Altre lingue costituiscono un plus significativo
