    Job Description

    At Ermenegildo Zegna, we believe that the talents and passion of our people are the pillars of our success. As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in identifying training needs, designing and delivering effective learning programs, and supporting continuous professional development across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with departments to identify staff training needs and design innovative training programs;
    • Schedule and deliver diverse training sessions, ranging from workshops and seminars to specialized programs, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging learning experience for participants;
    • Coordinate all phases of the lifecycle of training projects, including management of budget and timelines;
    • Identify and work with external providers to customize training content to the context;
    • Manage the organization's LMS, including user registrations and content uploads;
    • Generate reports and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 or 4 years of experience in similar roles;
    • Bachelor's degree in Humanistic field or similar;
    • Language skills: Italian and English at professional level;
    • Proven experience in designing, developing and delivering various types of training interventions;
    • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels;
    • Reporting & budget skills.
