We are looking for a customer service guru

Do you want to train within a rapidly expanding, multinational context? Do you speak several languages and are you passionate about customer relations?

Arcese offers the possibility of a placement in the Customer Service Team in Castel San Pietro Terme (BO).

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:

• Build and develop relationships with customers based on trust and competence
• Understand customer needs, provide support with effective handling of requests and complaints
• Manage order-in through our computer systems, from which you will also analyse volumes and kpi
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to satisfy the needs of client companies
