    MISSION

    Guidare la qualità di servizi API‐first su architettura a microservizi, con un test design rigoroso, automazione sostenibile, e integrazione di performance e sicurezza nelle pipeline CI/CD.

    Responsabilità

    • Progettare test funzionali e non funzionali con tecniche avanzate (EP/BVA, Decision Tables, State, Pairwise, Risk‐Based).
    • Automatizzare test API (ed eventualmente smoke UI), garantendo oracoli chiari e scenari ripetibili.
    • Curare contratti API e compatibilità backward; promuovere requisiti testabili.
    • Definire ed eseguire test di performance (baseline/spike/soak) con analisi p95/p99 ed error rate.
    • Eseguire verifiche security pragmatiche (authn/z, input validation, error handling).
    • Assicurare tracciabilità completa in test management (requisiti test esecuzioni difetti) e reportistica.
    • Integrare le suite in CI/CD con quality gates, parallelizzazione e gestione flakiness.

    COSA CERCHIAMO

    Requisiti (Must-have)

    • Esperienza in QA con focus su API/microservizi in contesti produttivi.
    • Forte padronanza di test design e gestione dati di test (boundary, negativi, idempotenza).
    • Automazione di test API; confidenza con Git e pipeline CI/CD.
    • Esperienza con test management (organizzazione repository test, RTM, report).
    • Performance testing: definizione obiettivi, creazione scenari, lettura metriche (p95/p99).
    • Conoscenza base di security per API (autenticazione/autorizzazione, minimi OWASP, minimi standard di hardening).
    • Capacità analitiche, attenzione al dettaglio, comunicazione chiara; inglese operativo.

    Requisiti Preferenziali (Nice‐to‐have)

    • Contract testing; mutation/property/model‐based testing.
    • Observability (log/trace/metrics) per troubleshooting e "test in produzione" sicuro (feature flags/canary).
    • Esperienza con strategie di test selection e gestione difetti flaky. xivgfpx
