LeasePlan Italia, è alla ricerca di n. 1 Risk & Control Specialist da inserire all'interno della Direzione Risk Management. Il ruolo, basato a Roma, riporta all'Operational Risk Manager.

SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE:

Garantire il supporto all'esecuzione dei Risk Controls Self Assessment ed eseguire i Risk Assessment in modo da assicurare l'identificazione e la valutazione dei rischi di conformità rispetto alle policy e agli standard LP.

Garantire l'esecuzione dei controlli ed investigazioni ad hoc, in ottica di gestione dei rischi non finanziari.

PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA':

Supportare l'esecuzione dei Risk Controls Self Assessment entro le scadenze previste;
Supportare l'analisi e la registrazione dei risk 'incident event' in accordo con quanto previsto dalle linee guida e policy LP, verificando i controlli in essere;
Coordinare le attività di reporting e monitoring delle diverse aree del Local Risk Domain;
Eseguire i Risk Assessment relativi alle iniziative di ICT digital transformation/changes;
Assicurare il monitoraggio del Risk Appetite e dei Key risk indicator (e.g. action plans, risk assessment/incidents);
Eseguire attività di verifica dei controlli e di verifica di adeguatezza di prodotto;
Supportare le attività di audit.

CONOSCENZE - CAPACITA' - ATTITUDINI:

Preferibile Laurea specialistica in materie economiche/giuridiche/ICT; Costituirà titolo preferenziale l'aver conseguito un Master o Specializzazione in Risk Management;
Conoscenza del business aziendale e dei settori di financial services/banking;
Conoscenza dei principali standard in materia di Risk Management & Internal Controls (es. ISO 31000:2018, BASEL II, ISO27000, ISO14000, etc);
Conoscenza delle principali metodologie di Risk management;
Capacità relazionali e approccio consulenziale; Time management, pragmatismo, team working;
Riservatezza, Integrità, accuratezza e determinazione;
Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
Preferibile conoscenza degli applicativi O365; Conoscenza delle piattaforme di Governance Risk e Compliance quali ad esempio One Trust.
