    We are currently looking for an HR Associate Partner who will join our on-site HR team in TRN1 (Torrazza Piemonte).

    The ideal candidate has a strong motivation to work and grow as an HR professional based in a warehouse, and has to be interested in managing all operative aspects of the employees working life.

    The HR Associate Partner also collects, compiles, and analyzes HR data,metrics, and statistics. This position plays a vital role in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting HR processes and data.

    Key job responsibilities

    Main tasks and responsibilities will be:

    • daily manage Time&Attendance system and daily issues. Identify, track and reconcile missing punches (in and out);
    • support employees and managers on daily issue of their working life;
    • be the first point of contact for our employees, help them to resolve queries or point people in the right direction;
    • managing data and create report on HR topics (Holidays, Overtime monitoring, workforce, etc.);
    • Get and manage approvals from managers for vacation requests as required. Manage time-off request forms and approvals both managers and associates;
    • with manager approval, clear discrepancies associated with Time Off Task flags.
    • Use and develop internal dashboards to create reports for leadership at your site
    A day in the life

    Reporting to the HR Business Partner of the site, you will be the first point of contact for employees who need help and information, and should proactively support them in solve their issues.

    In addition to that, you will be responsible for the HR data management of the whole workforce of the site (absenteeism, attrition, roaster, new hires, etc.), and you will closely work with the Operations team (especially Area Managers) in order to manage effectively our employees and make them participate and enjoy all aspects of the site.

    Hence, you should be able to quickly adapt to changes and new proposals coming either from the Leadership and from the Network.

    Turin, ITA

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    Degree / Previous working experience HR related;
    Computer proficiency, specifically with good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
    Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure;
    Must be able to work independently, motivated to seek out answers when help is needed and respect deadlines given;
    Fluent Italian and good English knowledge (both written and oral).
    Advanced knowledge on Data Analysis and reporting with specific tools (e.g. Quicksights)

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Master in HR field;
    Previous HR area administrative experience in similar roles involving data entry, managing data driven report processes or detailed and complex processes;
    Knowledge of Italian labor law and HR/Payroll practices;
