About Lifestyle Design

Lifestyle Design is now a federation of 10 Brands, Poltrona Frau, Cassina, Cappellini, Ceccotti Collezioni, Karakter, Luminaire, Janus et Cie, Luxury Living Group, Interni, Zanotta with employees worldwide.

We operate in over 75 countries, with 80 Showrooms. More than 1,600 worldwide users, 4 Data Centers and 200+ Servers.


The role

Main Activities and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify strategic business opportunities.
  • Develop detailed business process models and documentation with a focus on strategic alignment.
  • Assist in the top management in preparing strategic presentation and models in order to track performances and activities.
  • Evaluate and recommend strategic improvements to existing systems and processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables with a strategic perspective.
  • Perform data analysis and present findings to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to facilitate the management of key strategic initiatives
  • Provide ongoing support to endusers and address any systemrelated issues with a strategic approach.

Experience and Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • 12 years of experience in a consultancy firm

Technical and Soft skills:


  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel).
  • Fluent in English
  • Love and passion for exceptional design and highest quality
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize work;
  • Oriented and proactive approach to achieving the goals
