Esaote Spa, a leading producer of medical diagnostic systems, is seeking a dynamic
Legal and Compliance Specialist to join the Corporate Legal, Governance, Compliance, and Tenders function, in the corporate headquarters' premises in Genoa.


Key Responsibilities:

Legal Advice: Reporting to the function's management, provide legal and compliance advice across Esaote Group.

Liaison with Group Companies: Serve as the primary point of contact for legal requests from the Group's international subsidiaries.

Board Documentation and Records: Help prepare documentation for the Board of Directors and Shareholders of Esaote Spa, maintaining key records such as Shareholders' Ledger and minutes of Board of Directors' and Shareholders' meetings.

GDPR: Manage GDPR-related processes and coordinate with stakeholders across EU companies in scope.

Legal Documentation: Draft and review legal documents and correspondence for litigation and other legal proceedings; organize and maintain a well-structured repository and archive of legal and compliance documentation.

Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with Chamber of Commerce requirements and support the maintenance of the Group's Legal Entity Chart.

Coordination with Corporate Tenders Office: Collaborate seamlessly with the Corporate Tenders Office to meet any relevant requirements.

Special Projects: Contribute to functional special projects in strategic areas, to support company growth.


Requirements:

Education: Master's degree in law.
-
Experience: Minimum three years of work experience gained
both in a corporate setting and in law firm(s). Strong background in Commercial/Company Law. Thorough knowledge and experience in GDPR and Law 231/01, ethics, and compliance. Experience in sustainability and tenders management is a plus.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English.

Technical Skills: Excellent command of IT tools, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Personal Attributes: Accountability, analytical skills, integrity, and diplomacy.

Retribuzione:
€35.000,00 - €45.000,00 all'anno
