Job Description

Sandro is seeking a Corner Supervisor for the Sandro section at Coin Excelsior in Verona. The position entails working 35 hours per week.

As a brand ambassador, your role will involve the following activities:

• SALES
• Boosting sales: welcoming and assisting customers, guiding them to product offerings, providing advice, managing transactions, and fostering customer loyalty
• Providing post-sale customer support: alterations, returns, handling complaints
• Contributing to cross-channel development: welcoming customers, encouraging cross-selling
• Enhancing the brand's image in the corner
• CORNER MANAGEMENT
• Keeping the retail space clean and appealing
• Implementing visual merchandising guidelines
• Managing inventory
• Assisting in administrative management under the supervision of a manager

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in high-end ready-to-wear fashion
• A passion for fashion with a good understanding of the industry and its trends
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good standing and outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Great teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
