    Job Title: HSE Manager

    CPL & Taylor by Synergos Srl, on behalf of a leading European company in the oil and gas and industrial plant sector, is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to promote a sustainable HSE culture across Europe and the Mediterranean.

    The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and functionally to the projects/construction sites Technical Directorate and the Group QHSE Manager. Key responsibilities include:

    • Responsible for Health and Safety on the Workplace (RSPP) pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent updates.
    • Proposal, development, implementation, and managing of HSE systems and processes for company activities, in accordance with the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
    • Auditing activity with the purpose of determining the company HSE performance.

    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical/engineering field, preferably with specialization courses in Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Management Systems. Fluency in English and French is required, along with a minimum of 10 years' experience in similar roles within large and medium-sized companies operating in complex structures and business activities.

    The company offers a substantial opportunity for professional growth in an important business context on an international scale, with a permanent contract at the management level and a remuneration package commensurate with experience gained in the field. Temporary corporate housing is available for candidates who transfer their residence in the vicinity of the company headquarters.
