    Responsabilità:

    In qualità di Supplier Quality Engineer sarai responsabile della gestione della qualità dei fornitori, garantendo che i prodotti e i processi siano conformi ai requisiti aziendali.

    Nello specifico le attività saranno:

    • Partecipare attivamente ai processi di approvvigionamento e industrializzazione per raggiungere l'obiettivo di zero difetti del cliente
    • Valutazione preventiva dell'approvvigionamento e dell'ingegneria del prodotto dalla progettazione alla produzione
    • Garantire che la qualità sia costantemente flessibile e in grado di reagire alle mutevoli richieste
    • Fornire supporto tecnico al processo di produzione dei fornitori garantendo l'applicazione coerente di tecniche di qualità per risolvere problemi di qualità di capacit, tolleranze e materiali, guidando l'implementazione di piani d'azione e fornendo risorse
    • Partecipare all'APQP/PPAP/Validazione Tecnologica siano approvati in loco quando richiesto
    • Gestire le problematiche quotidiane dell'officina relative alle parti fornite mediante l'identificazione e il contenimento delle non conformità attraverso la notifica di qualità (QN)
    • Cooperare con tutte le parti interessate correlate tutti gli eventi di risoluzione dei problemi per contenere gli scarti interni e le fughe dei fornitori, trovare la causa principale e l'azione correttiva, effettuare la valutazione del rischio e standardizzare attraverso la lezione appresa/FMEA
    • Condurre la valutazione del rischio del processo presso lo stabilimento del fornitore (ad esempio PFMEA, Process Audit, ecc.) per garantire la conformità ai requisiti di qualità del prodotto/processo/sistema

    Competenze richieste

    Il candidato ideale ha una laurea in Ingegneria in ambito industriale e possiede una pregressa esperienza in ruolo di qualità, preferibilmente nel ruolo di Qualità dei fornitori.

    Requisiti/competenze:

    • Pregressa esperienza nella gestione dell'assicurazione e del controllo qualità in reparti di assemblaggio industriale, preferibilmente nel settore aerospaziale/automobilistico con focus su componenti di motori, motori elettrici, cambi
    • Conoscenza approfondita di GD&, T e MSA
    • Pregressa esperienza con i principali strumenti di qualità (es. FMEA, PDCA, 3x5why, Process Flow Chart, Piano di controllo della produzione, APQP/PPAP/VT, MSA, SPC/Run Chart)
    • Capacità di problem solving e decisionali
    • Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana e ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata
    • Disponibilità a trasferte almeno per il 50% del tempo anche con preavviso di 24 h
    • È richiesto il visto di lavoro in conformità con la normativa locale
    • Motivazione, attenzione alla fornitura di qualità
    • Forte mentalità analitica di risoluzione dei problemi livello di studio Laurea in Ingegneria in ambito industriale
