• Night security
• Carrying out inspection tours of the facility and common areas
• Daily accounting closure
• Chech in chek out operations
• Preparatory activities to support colleagues on the morning shift
• Managing the schedules of any customer wakeup calls
• Dealing with nighttime room service requests
• Answering and handling customer requests Requirements
• At least 2 years in the same position
• Team player
• Eye for details
• Customer service orientation
• Passion for service, courtesy and discretion
• Well groomed and good communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Respect for nature and for values that the earth represent
