    Drive and deliver the Branson profitable growth plan, provide directionAnalyze each channel's efficiency, streamlining sales operations, and aligning them with customer preferences and market trends. Carry out market research and customer needs.Efficiently establish and further develop a strong and diverse sales organization by demonstrating positive and inclusive leadership behavior. Attract and develop top talent who will further develop in our organization.Develop and run detailed regional penetration plans using account planning and segmentation processes by product line, industry segment, major accounts, account type and business opportunities, and by that ensure strong hit rate growth and sales efficiency.Engage with the Emerson teams in the region to ensure maximum sales and cost synergies and best project execution.Own financial performance/metrics ( Forecasting, Budget, POR and S&OP) for designated regionBuild and develop competent Sales and drive cooperation between Sales team, Application Engineering and Field Service organizations in ItalyCollaborate with all functions and departments as needed, Operations, Customer Service, Business Development, Solutions, and Marketing, etc.
