    What is the environment you will be part of?

    The Developer role is within our Technology Consulting EY Consulting area, composed of highly skilled professionals located in Milan, Rome, Cagliari, and Bari. The team works with clients from various industries facing diverse project types.

    Role and activities description:

    • Configure and manage the CRM system using HubSpot, including field customization and creation of automated workflows.
    • Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
    • Create customized reports to track CRM key performance metrics.
    • Optimize customer management processes through automation and integration of new tools.
    • Provide support and training to team members on effective use of HubSpot.
    • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, BI teams, and the client on all CRM activities.
    • Implement customer engagement strategies and processes through HubSpot, including email marketing campaigns, customer satisfaction surveys, and communication channel monitoring.
    • Conduct in-depth analyses on marketing campaign performance and customer engagement strategies, providing improvement recommendations.
    • Contribute to defining customer segmentation strategies/processes and data-driven experience personalization.

    Required qualifications:

    • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in consultancy contexts or industry companies, focusing on CRM projects.
    • Experience with SFW integration, MKTG processes, sales, and after-sales.
    • Proven experience in CRM platform usage, preferably HubSpot.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data.
    • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Results-oriented and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
