    Job Description
    La/il tirocinante contribuirà allo sviluppo dei programmi e delle partnership di Ashoka in Italia, supportando allo stesso tempo le attività di community management, comunicazione ed eventi. La persona dovrà essere basata a Milano o nelle aree limitrofe, per poter lavorare dall'ufficio di Milano, sotto la supervisione della co-direttrice di Ashoka Italia.

    Responsabilità del ruolo

    • Sviluppo partnership e fundraising (50%)
    • Svolgere attività di ricerca desk su potenziali partner e donatori individuali in Italia
    • Contribuire alla stesura di proposte per nuove partnership, preparazione di pitch deck e contenuti di comunicazione
    • Partecipare alle call strategiche
    • Contattare potenziali partner per fissare appuntamenti Community & Event Management (50%)
    • Supportare l'engagement della comunità attraverso diversi eventi
    • Supportare la gestione del database dell'ecosistema (Salesforce)
    • Gestire liste degli invitati e inviti
    • Coordinare la logistica e il calendario degli eventi
    • Preparare i materiali per gli eventi: inviti, reminder, follow-up, eventuali visual e altri contenuti Competenze ed esperienze richieste
    • Forte interesse e buona comprensione di: imprenditoria sociale / innovazione sociale / filantropia
    • Requisito di un tirocinio con convenzione firmata da un'università
    • Ottime capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli
    • Ottime capacità di gestione del tempo e multitasking (esperienza in project o event management è un plus)
    • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia con una supervisione minima, oltre che in team internazionali
    • Ottime capacità relazionali: capacità di interagire con chiarezza ed efficacia con diversi interlocutori, inclusi top executive del settore business e sociale
    • Ottime capacità di scrittura
    • Competenza nell'uso di Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) e strumenti di comunicazione visuale (Canva, Miro)
    • Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e dell'italiano
