Mission


As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will support the Digital Advertising Coordinator in achieving a long-term business strategy by providing support to the daily operations and analytical activities.

You will contribute to the development of various sales-driving initiatives and projects.

The position requires significant interaction with different Company functions including sales and marketing to help bring the projects to life.


Responsibilities and main tasks:

  • Define, plan and implement media activities for Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social and Retargeting
  • Optimize campaigns in order to reach revenue and ROAS targets
  • Proactively contribute to the improvement of campaign performance, identifying potential problems related to campaigns and proposing and executing solutions as well as areas that can be grown
  • Develop effective Biddable Media strategies
  • Supporting the DigitalAdvertising Coordinator on digital marketing strategy, including SEA (Google Ads-Microsoft Ads), Social (Facebook Ads), Programmatic, Affiliation
  • Contributing to developing a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives of each campaign/project
  • Help to set up and monitor campaigns across various platforms, in line with the corporate/campaign goals and objectives
  • Supporting in order to plan the performance marketing budgets in line with the target KPIs and strategies
  • Measuring the effectiveness of the campaigns across your assigned accounts by using a variety of inhouse, proprietorial, and thirdparty tools to compile and draw insight from both companyspecific, sectorspecific and generic industry data, in order to better understand campaign performance, market trends, and consumer behaviour
  • Producing regular reports containing informative descriptions of campaign activity, suitable advice and recommendations with a clear summary of performance against the KPIs
  • Working closely with various departments to ensure that each campaign is kept uptospeed with progress and results
  • Sharing your knowledge, insight, best practice, tactics and ideas to the team and ensure your knowledge of the digital marketing industry is kept uptodate and relevant by networking/researching/reading blogs and news sources
Profilo

  • 23 years of experience in a similar role or as an online and biddable media planner
  • University degree preferably in Economics, Advertising or Marketing and Communication
  • Skilled at preparing a consistent online media plan, considering all requirements and a given budget
  • Able to use main online media planning tools, including Google and Facebook planning tools
  • Expert in Google Ads campaign (search, GDN, Mobile and Video) and Facebook campaign (Business Manager)
  • Advanced computer knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Your mother tongue is Italian, but you're fluent in English
