Responsibilities:
Hexagon is offering best in class engineering solutions and are known as one of the best European employers in the software industry.
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Act as the point of contact for any issue related to office documentation update.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Oversee company car fleet.
- Oversee mobile phone for personnel.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Performing adhoc administrative duties.
- Support collection of information and preparation of documents for tenders.
- Support registration on various customer portals, uploading documents and info.
- Support qualification process prepare a set of documents to reach supplier qualification.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Receptionist, office assistant or relevant role.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities in oral and writing in English.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.).
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
- High school diploma: BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
