Patent Attorney Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Attorney to join our team.

• Draft high-quality patent applications in the mechanical and medical device fields, primarily for European and international markets.

The ideal candidate will have experience with patent prosecution before the EPO, including examination strategy and portfolio alignment. They should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

About The Position

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of intellectual property law as it relates to medical devices.

A successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. They must also possess strong analytical skills, being able to identify opportunities for growth within existing portfolios.

The selected individual will work closely with cross-functional teams across different departments.
