- Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan
- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity
- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with gender equity
- Conduct consistent market researches and benchmarking to make sure the organization's compensation is correct and competitive
- Analyze internal salary structures, job analyses and classifications, and recommend adjustments when needed
- Track and report compensation and benefits benchmarking data
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Learning & Development Manager to integrate compensation strategies with the performance management system
- Support the implementation and communication of the organization's employee benefits programs
- Collaborate with welfare providers, insurance providers, brokers, and vendors to implement new partnerships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Proven 5/8 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically dealing with Compensation & Benefits inside complex and dynamic environments in the world of services
- Strong knowledge of labor market trends, salary structures, and benefits administration
- In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll softwares
- Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
- Excellent analytical and data monitoring/interpretation skills
- Fluent in English
- A great team player, highly collaborative and with flexible working style

- Able to work strategically with cross-functional teams

Job Description
The Compensation & Benefits Manager will report directly to the Chief Talent Officer of Publicis Groupe, working both with the Creative and the Media agencies of the group.
Your to-do list :
Partnering with the other areas of the Talent team such as HRBPs, Learning & Development, HR Operations & Analytics, Payroll and Recruiting, you will act as the main reference point for Compensation & Benefits both for the Creative and the Media side of the business.
