WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our Division of Economic analysis of Climate Impacts and Policy (ECIP)_, _located_ _in_ _
Venice, is looking for a new position of Administrative Assistant to the Division Manager.

In this capacity, the person filling this new position will offer support in the day-to-day management of the Division - including travel management of the Division's staff members, procurement management, organisation of national and international scientific events - and in the daily implementation and management of ongoing projects, typically but non only EU-funded projects - including budgeting, financial reporting and control, tracking and monitoring, risk management, data management, internal and external communication, meeting facilitation.

The work location is in Venice-Porto Marghera, at VEGA, Porta dell'Innovazione Building - 2nd Floor.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- _ Work experience - even limited - in a similar field or with similar tasks_
- _ A very good knowledge of Italian and English languages_
- _ A very good knowledge of the Office Suite_
- _ Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail_
- _ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills_
- _ Teamworking attitude and ability to work independently_

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- _ Knowledge of SAP software_
- _ Good communication skills_
- _ Strong problem-solving attitude_
- _ High motivation to learn_
- _ Good in time and priority management_

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

fixed contract starting from_ _
February 2024 (with some flexibility),_ _renewable with a
permanent **contract pending a positive evaluation.

The gross annual salary will be based on qualification and working experience.
