We are a growing team looking for a Treasury Specialist to help us on our journey to revolutionise road freight logistics. You would join our Finance Team, based out of the Milan office and will report to the Head of Administration & Finance.

About The Role


As a Treasury Specialist you'll work on interesting responsibilities like helping the organization to manage payments/collections, defining liquidity needs, funding sources and investing excess cash in capital market.


IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:


  • Review and set up Treasury procedure & policy, key metrics, leading continuous improvements initiatives;
  • Perform invoices analysis, processing payments and collections;
  • Daily/Weekly cash management (bank transfers);
  • Manage bank relationships;
  • Input, track payments and manage templates;
  • Daily bank reconciliations;
  • Ensure that accurate financial and relevant records are kept for all treasury transactions;
  • Prepare actual cash flow report;
  • Provide detailed cash flow projections, assessing periodic liquidity needs.

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE:


  • 2 years professional experience in a similar role;
  • Experience and understanding of Treasury Accounting including liquidity, cashflow and various Financial Instruments;
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Very good English and strong communication skills;
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple parties;
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office (Excel, Power point), ERP systems (SAP required, Business Process Management systems is a plus), and databases.
