Blade Support Specialist:


  • REQUISITION ID: 6410 LOCATION: Site, FI
  • DEPARTMENT: ServiceNordex Nordic is now looking for a Blade Support Specialist in our regional field support team.
Working as a Blade Support Specialist you will be responsible for Blade related ServiceNow ticket handling, inspection report evaluation, general technical support to subcontractors during blade repairs as well as planning and coordination support for blade works within the Nordic Region.


YOUR TASKS

  • Handling of all blade related ServiceNow tickets
  • Evaluation and categorization of blade damages found during inspections
  • Providing technical support for internal and external Nordex interfaces
  • Support on site repair evaluations and subcontractor quality checks
  • Support efficient planning of blade repair and inspection resources
  • Support transparent communication of blade inspection and repair planning and progress within the organization
  • Cooperate with subcontractors to ensure good efficiency, communication and transparency
  • Support effective and systematic customer communication
  • Understand the importance of cooperation between all internal departments to obtain the best possible result

YOUR PROFILE

  • Technical education (electrical or mechanical)
  • Qualified or previously qualified in blade composite work is an advantage
  • European Driving Licence
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), knowledge of Finnish and Swedish is considered an advantage
  • Experience with the MS Office package and SAP
  • Experience in blade inspection report evaluation and classification of blade damages
  • Experience within the wind turbine industry
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Experience within Health and Safety
