Leading the product approval process, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to streamline approval workflows. Guaranteeing product quality and safety through meticulous evaluation and adherence to protocols. Driving efficiency and effectiveness in the approval pipeline to expedite product launches.

What you will do

Main Activities

Develop and implement strategies for obtaining product approvals in target markets.
Coordinate with internal teams to compile necessary documentation for submission to regulatory authorities.
Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure compliance.
Liaise with regulatory agencies and thirdparty testing laboratories to facilitate product testing and certification.
Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to anticipate and mitigate potential approval challenges.
Manage timelines and milestones to ensure timely approval of products for market launch.
Collaborate with product development teams to integrate regulatory requirements into product design and development processes.
Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory compliance and approval processes.
Evaluate and optimize approval workflows to improve efficiency and reduce timetomarket.

What you need to succeed

Must have

BS In a STEM Subject
5+ years in a similar role in a company producing Electro-Mechanical Consumer Goods including flammable components
Indepth understanding of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the industry and product category.
Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate approval processes, manage timelines, and ensure compliance.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation submitted for product approvals
Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams, regulatory agencies, and external partners effectively.
Effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams, regulatory authorities, and external partners is essential for streamlining approval processes and achieving compliance goals.
Strong problemsolving skills to anticipate and address challenges in the approval process, ensuring successful product launches.
Good leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, drive consensus, and navigate complex approval challenges with confidence and resilience.
Ability to adapt to changing regulatory landscapes, project requirements, and stakeholder expectations is crucial in navigating the dynamic nature of product approvals.
Fluent English Language
The position may require 1020% traveling
