- and clinician-owned company comprised of passionate and high-performing behavior analysts who provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with ASD and other behavioral disorders in Reno and Sparks. We are passionate about creating a collaborative, fun, and supportive work environment.
This position is 30-40 hours per week from approximately 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Work is completed on-site, generally at our Sparks location. Occasionally it may be necessary to work at our South Reno clinic or another location as assigned.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and maintain the direct service schedule for all learners/Behavior Technicians
- Address planned and unplanned cancellations and absences promptly
- Facilitate delivery of all recommended services through efficient and effective use of
- BT time and proactive rescheduling
- Produce rolerelated reports to facilitate decisionmaking
- Collaborate with the enrollment and hiring teams to facilitate growth while maintaining clinical quality and ethical standards
- Provide accurate information about the company and our services to potential clients
- Guide families through the enrollment process
- Establish & maintain collaborative relationships with company leadership and employees, clients, and vendors
- Answer client questions and support families in a timely, compassionate, and friendly manner
- Provide onsite administrative support, including during daily opening activities
- Experience scheduling in a healthcare setting
- Computer literate and familiar with Google workspace
- Highly skilled at working independently and managing time effectively in a busy clinic environment
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Able to pass a background check
- Experience delivering or scheduling ABA services
- Experience using practice management software such as CentralReach
- Experience organizing and analyzing data to monitor progress toward priority business results
- Familiarity with medical billing practices
- $18-$20/hour DOE
