As a Project Manager at XY Retail, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects progress according to defined scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards, collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
• Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
• Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing daytoday contact on project status and changes
• Coordination and completion of project phases (design, development, testing, deployment) within stipulated time, budget, and scope.
• Measuring project performance and managing client and stakeholder relationships.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reporting, while also handling risk management.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated Project Management experience of 23 years.
• An understanding of the luxury and retail sectors is beneficial.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication; proficiency in a second language is an added advantage.
• Exceptional organizational acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness in multitasking.
• Profound comprehension of project phases and intricacies within digital transformation initiatives.
• Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel.
• Possession of PMP certification is a plus.
