Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2023 at our site in Modena - Italy.

You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization.

During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.

As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world.

And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career

You will be based in Modena - Italy, but you will work in a global arena.


We are looking for a
Global System Support Associate that will be responsible to execute troubleshooting, maintenance, restore basic conditions and improve machine performance on Tetra Pak filling machine installed base or support installation, commissioning and performance validation of new equipment.

You will be Tetra Pak ambassador and help maintain the company's reputation for commitment and service worldwide. You will work in the operations of Technical Support Excellence, as part of Tetra Pak Service organization.

You will perform your job activity at our customers' plants, following Tetra Pak processes and procedures, with the highest level of safety and quality standards.

Our Customers are located all over the world. Then this position includes high frequent travelling in the field, in several countries worldwide days/year).


What you will do:


  • Execute analysis and troubleshoot to resolve mechanical and automation issues
  • Conduct systematic root cause analysis of problems to enable permanent resolution of the issues
  • Perform maintenance activities on our filling machine lines to restore equipment into basic conditions
  • Execute installation of relevant rebuilding kits/upgrades
  • Document and complete all relevant actions into a technical assistance report
  • Participate in building good relationships with customer staff and relevant colleagues in own Market Company

We believe you have:


  • Technical educational background
  • Strong knowledge in both the electrical and the mechanical area with very good skills in automation
  • High command of both written and verbal English and other languages are considered a merit
  • Ability to work autonomously in complex situations, making your own decisions and solving problems under time and customer pressure
  • High degree of initiative
  • Genuine technical interests and high level of passion in operative roles and technical hand on activities
  • Willingness to travel approximately 150 days/year: it is important that you enjoy contact with different cultures worldwide
  • Driver's licence is a must
