You will join Phyron as a Junior Business Operations Analyst; your focus will be to source, examine and structure internal and external data to support our sales and marketing activities.

You will use the information you collect to create coherent, insightful reports for the sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities Source and analyze internal/external data for sales and marketing, identifying areas for growth
Optimize sales processes wherever possible with technology and automation
Maintain our CRM data, keeping it clean and organized
Gather data to build and map organizational charts of our key target groups and accounts
Create sales reports based on data and share insights with teams
Background Experience from SaaS or software in a back-office or sales role
Experience in sales data analysis and a deep understanding of sales performance metrics
Comprehensive experience with data visualization technology and Salesforce
Strong collaboration and prioritization skills
Ability to communicate insights clearly and directly
Fluency in English
