We are looking for an Apprentice for
Strategic Marketing, in Milan within the Business Development central function of Digital Industries area who will be trained in
2 years as
Market Research Analyst.

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the

Your Challenge
As
Market Research Analyst some of your main activities will be:

  • assess market situation trough Market and Competitor Intelligence analysis based on relationship with main Industry Association, CRM analytics, Business intelligence tools;
- lead business development initiatives focusing on scouting of prospects, from which derive digital demand generation initiatives and lead management with the support of dedicated tools;
- support implementation programs of HQ strategy in the Regional Company;
You will work closely with Digital Industries management, BUs and Sales departments.


Required entry qualifications:


  • You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
  • Bachelor's degree or above in business administration or management engineering or other relevant field or suitable education
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Preferred knowledge in advanced data analytics
  • Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Passion to neverstop growing
  • Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
