JOB MISSION


Endorsing the sustainable values of our company, the mission of this role will be to take the lead of the digital eco-system and take it to the next level: boost brand awareness, generate brand love across all digital channels, recruit & retain, counting on your Team of experts: Media, CRM, Website & e-Trade Managers.


DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BUILD & EXECUTE THE GLOBAL DIGITAL STRATEGY
Develop, convince, and deliver an integrated digital strategy for the skincare division
Build & deliver a long term sustainable Global Digital P&L, exceeding budgeted Online Sales & Margin, while ensuring investment profitability across all geographies
Build and coordinate strategic action plans with a global e-Team
Ensure close collaboration with our key business units, building & ensuring e-business acceleration plans (US, China, ITA, UK, DE & NL)
Create & share e-business guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across e-channels & geographies
Works closely with offline marketing & trade marketing function for tailored yearly calendars, exclusives, and promotion
Works closely with communication on content creation and social media, and influence on digital needs to succeed
Contribute positively to building the organization's "commercial" digital IQ
Ensure clear & strategic reporting to the Brand & Company Board
Spread e-commerce knowledge and opportunities through on going upskilling sessions & top management presentations.

DIRECT E-COMMERCE

Build & ensure execution of P&L: media performance, CRM capabilities, staff, education of key stakeholders (business units manager, company board, etc)
Improvement of KPI on all steps of the consumer funnel from awareness to loyalty
Set up performing user experience onsite, influencing actively our Corporate IT & Innovation Team.
Quarterly top level reporting and competition analysis
Lead the customer data strategy, promoting online to offline experience

E-RETAIL & PURE PLAYERS
Set up guidelines for e-retail success in relevant markets, influencing key stakeholders (UAE, Russia, Amazon US). Leading to Best in Class Customer Joint Business Plan

Accompany our Export business Team in the success in China: TMALL, Red, Douyin, JD, Wechat: bring online expertise and challenge our Chinese distributor to ensure local success.


PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
7-10 years of cross-functional experience in E-Commerce, Digital Media, and Digital Marketing
Experience managing or working for Pure Play Digital Retailers/ E-commerce retailers
Luxury, Professional Health and Beauty Experience preferred
Experience in managing a business with P+L accountability preferred
Experience Managing multi-functional teams & Chinese Market preferred
Fluent in English
Strong relationship management skills to collaborate with peers across the world
