    As a global Centre of Excellence, our Digital Marketing Department is aimed to further develop our digital capabilities and create synergies across the business, as well as responsible for driving customer growth encompassing all Digital Marketing actions at the service of our stores.

    The MarTech team in particular, is responsible for improving the Digital Customer Experience for our new and existing customers through the power of Marketing Automation, driving growth for our stores.

    Our MarTech Division are now seeking a talented MarTech Automation Specialist to join the team. The resource will help the business enable omnichannel customer journeys in marketing operations, digital marketing, and e-commerce ecosystems. Taking the collective YNAP brands towards shared automation based on customer behavior.

    Location: our office in Milan, Via Morimondo 17

    Reporting into: MarTech Innovation Manager

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Workplace Type: Hybrid

    Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

    • In charge of solutions and technical design on Responsys, Swrve, Oracle Infinity
    • Work on the refinement of the Use Case Optimization roadmap and the translation into valuable actions prioritized appropriately
    • Ensure the ongoing assessment of the impact/value of new and delivered UC Features against defined KPIs
    • Support Store CRM in continuous Test and Learn activities, providing and recommending structural solutions to deliver future-proof solutions that maximize both insights and optimal use case value
    • Highly cooperative and adaptable in driving forward capability experimentation from conception to global strategy execution
    • Ensure adoption of new capability and feature exploration among Stores, acting as a solution advisor

    The type of person we are looking for:

    • Graduate in STEM disciplines or equivalent educational background
    • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-centric environment (e-commerce preferred)
    • Demonstrate knowledge of MarTech solutions, Audience and Systems integration
    • Demonstrate ability to manage products, often with focused timelines
    • A logical, analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
    • A good communicator with effective influencing and product marketing skills
    • Demonstrate familiarity with delivering value from Agile methodologies
    • At ease using product management tools, follow best practices or framework
    • Coaching attitude to constant measure yourself and teams, inspect and adapt way of working to improve current practices
    • Fluency in English is essential for the role
    • Have practices in querying languages
