We are looking for a Studio Financial Analyst to expand our team and bring new ideas and expertise, and help to grow the business.


Superpowers

you have are

  • 2+ years related experience in financial planning and analysis;
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills;
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field;
  • Excellent Excel, Google Sheets (Scripts will be an advantage);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Keen attention to detail; ability to deliver high quality, timely, and accurate work results;
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask, and handle a variety of projects;
  • Capital budgeting and project management experiences;
  • Fluent verbal and written English is a must.

You're a rockstar

if you have

  • Relevant certifications, e.g. CFA, ACCA;
  • Understanding of game development process.

As a part of Room 8

studio, you will

  • Interaction with project managers on revenue recognition issues;
  • Calculation of the efficiency (marginality) of the projects of the structural unit;
  • Indepth analysis of financial results and operational efficiency of the structural unit at the level of key operating and financial drivers;
  • Analysis of deviations of actual results from the budget and forecast. Identification of factors (causes) of deviations and preparation of an analytical commentary for the management;
  • Financial planning and forecasting;
  • Prepare analytics for bonus systems development and revision.
