International FP&A Manager - Channel Partnership Markets
_ Accountabilities in this role_
- International Market position covering 3 different regions (APAC, EMEA, LATAM) with a span of ~18+ countries, driving business performance and go to market changes to leverage profitability.
- Will oversee and drive Country Go to Market transitions from Direct to Hybrid/Full Channel
- Will serve as Finance BP and main point of contact to support a VP position
- Full FP&A scope, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis.
- Provides leadership to professional team of analysts/advisors.
- Manages annual budget processes, incorporating business initiatives, economic trends, and operational effectiveness. Aligns budget to business strategies and gains alignment from business partners.
- Collaborates with multifunctional partners and different departments, both internally and externally, to manage finance functions.
- Leads and aligns financial forecasts and longrange planning processes with our business leaders. Drives business value by providing financial and analytical counsel to facilitate decisionmarking around strategic business initiatives.
- Partners with Corporate Accounting and external accounting partners (where applicable) to execute upon RecordtoReport processes in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Prepares monthly financial reporting including variance and financial statement analysis. Able to clearly communicate a cohesive and concise story around business drivers behind financial data and potential implications on future results.
- Understands market dynamics and competitors. Conducts complex analysis, synthesizes, and summarizes implications to business, influencing business partners using analytics and business understanding.
- Drives pricing and credit strategy and approvals across markets, implementing policies, guidance, and standardization of processes across different regions.
- Liaison with Treasury and Finance Operations where applicable.
- Identifies and executes upon process improvement opportunities, ensuring strong controls are in place.
- Performs customer and product profitability analysis and makes investment and pricing decisions. Identifies opportunities to drive revenue growth, margin expansion and a more favorable mix (i.e., driving preferred products and services).
- Work with demand planners and operations on inventory planning, forecast accuracy and intercompany transactions.
- Collaborates with internal and external partners across overall finance and accounting functions
- Calculate monthly sales rebates/bonuses and route for approvals and payroll submission.
- Supports internal audit processes.
- Effectively liaises with accounting services provider and corporate accounting to ensure correct allocation of expenses.
- Strong communication skills in a variety of settings with diverse audiences.
- Identifies opportunities or areas of financial underperformance, conducts analysis, and makes recommendations.
- Drives efficiencies and streamline processes across overall finance functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
- 6+ years job related experience
- Previous management experience
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Advanced knowledge in SAP and experience in Tableau/Power BI desired
