Position Summary


Support Mobile Experience Retail Sales team and Key Accounts in performing all administrative tasks providing the most efficient contribution in terms of reporting, analysis, customer care and data management.

Role and Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Commercial team in all the last mile activity (eg. Sellout forecasting, end month closure)
  • Organize and manage customer meetings data and presentation.
  • Process and update sales reporting as required, providing analysis on market, sales data and business performance (i


e:

turnover, aging stock, promoshare, etc.).

  • Manage commercial back office and support Commercial Agreement definition: preliminary filling, mailing, online contracts, etc.
  • Monitor and update customer's price list management.
  • Monitor goods allocation for national and local flyer.
  • Monitor sellout promo and collect feedback from Agents and Customers.
  • Support the forecast process on flyer quantities.
  • Monitor and provide analysis on online price positioning of main players.
  • Follow up any communications / offers in line with Key Account guidelines.
  • Liaise between Agents and Customers, when required, to ensure optimal sales relationship.
  • Manage and daily update Promo Plan based on Agents and Key Account information.
  • End of month operations
Skills and Qualifications


Qualifications/Requirements:

Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree preferably with Economical specialization.

Professional Background: 1-2 years exp in commercial back office.

Computer Knowledg

e:

Excellent Excel and PowerPoint required.

Language Knowledg

e:

Very good written English; good spoken English.
