The Digital Sales Expert is accountable for the digital sales performances, from digital advertising strategy and planning to number of leads per product generated.
Along the digital sales journey, working with the squad and the product owner, is responsible for day-to-day traffic optimization, performance monitoring (via Adobe Analytics), conversion rate optimization (CRO), KPIs management and reach the commercial targets.
The Digital Sales Expert, together with product owner and the squad, leads execution of digital sales strategy to support conversion rate growth and spending optimization, in line with strategic priorities, ensuring commitment and alignment between all stakeholders involved.
Position requires excellent communication skills, problem solving and data driven approach, an orientation to detail and process, ability to work and maintain composure under tight deadlines, advanced expertise in digital marketing and reporting, as well as knowledge about usability/user experience principles and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support digital sales strategy within the organization, working with stakeholders to gather business requirements and assuring those needs are met and communicate progress/status clearly;
- Online adv budget planning (search, display, social, comparators, affiliation) and strategy, according to commercial targets and in partnership with Media Agency;
- Media agency knowledge and management with results optimization;
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and CRO principles (AB Testing & personalization);
- Reporting and continuous funnels performance monitoring (Adobe Analytics and DWH data);
- Assess and triage incoming content requests and assure timely, accurate and coordinated completion of this work;
- Working closely with product, marketing, UX and brand teams to devise a web content strategy that aligns with the company's wider goal;
- Manage relationships with external content producers;
- Lead Agile workflows, including standups and backlog grooming and planning.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor's in digital marketing, strategical marketing, communication or related field;
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing (display/social/search) campaign, performance optimization and product strategy;
- Experience on data analysis (excel advances, adobe analytics knowledge, etc.);
- Strong communication skills and creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content.
