The Client is a market leader company in plastics manufacturing.


Posizione:


Main missions:

  • Communicating on top level with our Key account
  • Coordinate and control the demand/requirements of our Key account with regard to quality topics
  • Assur with our Plant Quality Managers the fulfilment of our Key account's requirements
  • Be a part of our continues improvement team and "promote" and develop continuous improvements of the customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate and support the claim management, i.e. NCRs of our Key account with our corresponding entities
  • Overviewing and followup of the balance score cards of our Key account and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  • Statistical analysis
  • Reporting to the COO of the Group

Requisiti:


Skills:


  • Master of Science Degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in quality management in automotive business
  • Profound knowledge of IATF 1694 strong selfawareness of oneself and one's team and ability to develop/improve and be quick in action
  • LEAN principles: Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is a plus
  • Good knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of languages:
  • Very good knowledge in English is mandatory
  • Another foreign language like Italian, German or French is an asset
  • Very good communication skills
