In order to grow the capabilities of the Competence Center of Compensation, Benefits and Reporting, we are looking for a young professional, passionate about numbers and people.

As
HR Reporting Specialist you will work with the Compensation, Benefits and Reporting Sr.

Director, and you will support in the following activities:


  • Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, labor statistics, competitors' practices, and other relevant sources
  • Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership
  • Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, compensation, labor cost, people development (with attention to organization and training), turnover, etc.
  • Guarantee the compliance to the annual budget and forecast processes
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of all systems, processes and capabilities and actively provide training to HR's

Required Skills:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Thorough ability to understanding HR topics, processes and policies and connect them with business strategy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient with or ability to quickly learn the Group HRIS, payroll structure, and similar employee management software
  • Good level of English
